The location was prime, with numerous restaurants and cultural spots just a short walk away, making it easy to dive into local life. I enjoyed the walk-in shower with endless hot water, a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. While there were some minor service hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely return.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from vibrant bars and cafes on Chapultepec Avenue, while the noise was minimal in my soundproofed room. My stay was marred by multiple plumbing issues that caused awful smells in the room. Despite reporting it, the maintenance team struggled to resolve the odors that seemed to echo from lower floors. Additionally, the lack of temperature control left me uncomfortable, as I couldn't adjust the air conditioning settings on my own.

The king room offered stunning balcony views. Although there was a plumbing issue, the staff was quick to address it, showing their commitment to service. The hot shower was delightful. Future guests should request high floors for a better panorama and less plumbing disturbance.
