During my stay as a solo traveler while exploring the vibrant Chapultepec area, I loved the modern design of my King Room with Balcony, which was spacious and provided a great view of the city. The location was prime, with numerous restaurants and cultural spots just a short walk away, making it easy to dive into local life. I enjoyed the walk-in shower with endless hot water, a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. While there were some minor service hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely return.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to many attractions.
My stay was marred by multiple plumbing issues that caused awful smells in the room. Despite reporting it, the maintenance team struggled to resolve the odors that seemed to echo from lower floors. Additionally, the lack of temperature control left me uncomfortable, as I couldn't adjust the air conditioning settings on my own.

The room was modern and well-maintained, offering a lovely balcony view of the city. However, plumbing issues were a concern, and it would have been better if toiletries were more frequently restocked. Additionally, while the location was excellent for various attractions, the noise from nearby bars and clubs could be disruptive at times.

Just a proper fit for a momentary visit in Guadalajara with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower had great pressure and hot water, making for a refreshing start to the day. Bring extra toiletries as they didn’t always restock adequately.
